How to pair the i12 TWS left and right earbuds?

In general, i12 TWS earbuds are matched when they leave the factory. The two i12 TWS earbuds will turn on and pair each other automatically after taking out from the charging case. the left earbuds will flash blue and the red LED of the right earbuds will turn off when they paired each other successfully.

If not, please refer to the following steps. (Reset the i12 TWS)

Step 1: Delete the left and right earbuds pairing information (Reset the i12 TWS). In pairing mode, 5 click the power button until LED-lit RED.

Step 2: Long press the function key for 5 seconds to turn on the i12 TWS.

Step 3: Enter pairing mode, pairing time is about 5 seconds, prompt tone "pairing mode".

Step 4: Left flash blue light, Right light off, the pairing is successful, and prompt "connected"

 

How to connect the i12 TWS earbuds to your phone?

The i12 TWS earbuds support both binaural and monaural connections. For more information on how to connect, please refer to the following steps.

 

Binaural connection

Step 1: Take out both headphones from the battery case at the same time, the earbuds flash red and blue light.

Step 2: Turn on the phone Bluetooth, and search Bluetooth devices.

Step 3: After connection, there will prompt “Connected”.

Monaural connection

Step 1: Take out one of the earbuds from the battery case at the same time, the earbud flash red and blue light.

Step 2: Turn on the phone Bluetooth, and search Bluetooth devices.

Step 3: After connection, there will prompt “Connected”.
