User Instructions: 

Step 1: Insert the Qi wireless receiver patch's connector into iPhone's lightning charging port; 
Step 2: Attach the Qi wireless receiver patch onto the back of iPhone; 
Step 3: Optional - install iPhone compatible** phone case; 
Step 4: Place iPhone onto Kome Qi standard wireless charging pad*. 

* - It's normal for the stand and phone get slightly warm during inductive charging, and they may get even warmer, if you use your phone during charging, for example using GPS or playing games, music etc.
